Hello,
I pressed the Beta button and I don't see the bids I am bidding on. Tried to go back to the non-beta version, but I couldn't. I had to open another browser to check that my bids were there, incluing the one I added on beta page, but on beta page I see nothing (in both Firefox and Chrome browsers).
Solved by clearing cookies. Is there any way to return to non beta page without doing that? Is the beta able to use it, or I should wait a bit longer? I like the look and feel.

Not sure why you think it does not bid for you because you switched to Beta.
Do you have the item numbers you can share? If you don't want to share them, please let me know what you saw in the status for those snipes.

The issue is that I don't see anything, no list of my bids, and I can't find a way to go back to non-beta.

If you see no items, that means you need to add them.
Is it possible all items were ended? In this case you will see them under "Completed" tab.
If you need to switch back to v1, there is a link on the bottom of each page showing "Switch to Myibidder v1". You can click there to switch back to v1.

Hi,
I just tried to login with the beta v2 version (for the 1st time), but first got a "server error", now after I'm logged in, I do not see any of my items or bids.
Has the V2 version a different database than v1 ?

You should see the same items.
How did you login if you got the error?
Also, what username you used?

I open https://www.myibidder.com (which shows the old v1), press the "Try Myibidder v2 beta" button, then Login with my user FrankLeuband and the same password as for the v1 version, and then I don't see any items...
Oh, now after some time, the items appeared uder "Won", "Lost" and "Completed", and still no items under "Active" (which is correct).
But it took quite some time until the items appeared. It seems I have to switch to another tab ("My Groups" or "Import Items") before the items appear under the "My Items" tab.
btw: got another "Server error" at login. Server seems to be quite slow.

Yes, you are correct. You don't have any active listings. All your snipes are under "Completed" tab, this is why you did not see it under "Active" list.
I don't see errors on my side, so could be your browser.
Next time, please try to check how many seconds it took to login and produce the error message.
Also, if you let me know the time and timezone of the issue, I could see if there is something on my side.
