I'm getting a "failed" in the last line of the network test.
Initializing & connecting passes. The program reports "offline".
I use no blockers or firewall. When I open the program I also get a "Password or connection error".

Ideas?

Now I just discovered the program isn't accepting the 'key' that I C&P from my notes which was good when I bought it 9 years ago.
I think the problem MAY be my username here and on eBay is different by one character where I had to change it in eBay a few years ago.

But, I can login your on-line bidder website with no apparent issue.

Ok, I uninstalled the program and re-installed it. I tried my eBay login when it asked me but that failed. I then tried my MyBidder login (different by 1 character for the username & password) and it worked for the program.

But, those are not the ones for ebay. I tried a snipe, but there was no response. I re-did the eBay login and the connection test, but it still failed thou the program is "online"

What/where is this conflict with the 2 slightly different usernames/passwords??

Oh, your site shows me linked to eBay for 400+ days. I do slightly remember that change 4 or so years ago.

I responded to you in the support ticket. There is no need to post the same question multiple times, it will not speed up the response, but may add more confusion for you.

As I responded earlier, your username is different and not the one you tried to use.
Also, if you need to reset your sniper's account password, you can do it at https://www.myibidder.com/login/reset

I was logged into your program ok but it doesn't log into ebay even thou your site has me connected.

I change the PW to match ebay in your program, but it can't log me into ebay still. Is it because the usernames are different?

Do the user names & passwords have to be the same for both? If so how do I change the user name here as I don't want to for e bay again.

If you are able to login to the sniper, you don't need to reset your sniper's password.

Loging into eBay website is outside of the sniper's control.
Please resolve your eBay login first so you are able to login to eBay website.
Once done, you can link your eBay account to the sniper at https://www.myibidder.com/main/ebay

Having the same usernames and passwords are not required, but having the same username will make things easier for you.
I would recommend to keep passwords different for security purposes.

I finally go it, I'm really not sure what was wrong other then the conflict of usernames & passwords.
