I have noticed that several items show false readings in my saved items. When I refresh such an item it then shows the correct price as on Ebay. This is totally random and I only picked it up by accident.Thanks.ron

This is by design. The sniper is not a real-time monitoring tool.
If you need to monitor prices in real time, please use eBay directly.

hi,
thanks for the reply. My point is if the price on Myibay is not correct ie more than it is on Ebay then how can a snipe work ? if the snipe program decides your bid is too low it will not act. Here is an example 173943269038 currently showing on Ebay as £1,650.00 and showing on Myibay as £2087.50.
regards,ron

The sniper does not "decide". It just places your bid as is. The sniper does not take the current bid into considerations, it will try to place your bid no matter what is the current bid.
If eBay responded with "too low", that means it was too low from eBay's point of view, not the sniper's.
