I bought the software license, but I use only the web service. And I'm missing some features that could be maybe part of a premium account (people who bought the software license like me):

- disable auto deletion of old auctions (I like the possibility to check my auto bid history)
- pasting complete URL instead of searching, copying and pasting the item id
- archived copy of the ebay auction (screenshot or html)


I hope you like the idea.

Not sure where you saw this is a part of premium account which you are missing.

- the old items are deleted for performance reasons. If the sniper would hold the whole history, the performance would be affected and so your snipes.
- you can paste the URL instead of pasting the item number. Please check. Additionally, you can install a browser's add-on (Firefox or Chrome) to have the icon on each item's page to add your snipe easier
- the sniper does not restrict you from making a screenshot or saving the html

The last two options are not part of some premium account, you can give it a try.
