You did not provide the item number so I have no way to check.

Anyway, if you don't want to share it, I would guess it sounds like your snipe was the same as your manual bid on eBay.
eBay does not accept the same bid twice, it must be higher in order for eBay to accept it.
This has nothing to do with the sniper, that's how eBay works.

If you still think this is not the case, please feel free to go to eBay and try to place the same bid amount twice on the same listing. eBay would not accept the second one because the amount is the same.

Since your snipe amount was higher than the final price, it sounds like you won the item.
So I'm puzzled on why you did not like the service anyway if you won it.
Please clarify.
