The trial is for Windows app, that's where you can find the "Help" menu option.
Please check.
Also, if you just login using the same username you specified when made the purchase, the software will recognize you automatically and register itself so you don't need to enter the key.

But I did not say anything about cell phone.
You said the software gave you a message that you trial is expired, so you purchased the key for it. But the screenshot shows the Web version of the sniper, not the software which gave you the message about your expired trial.
Your second screenshot shows "Help" option in the menu, it's on the upper right side of the window.
You just need to put the key into the same software where you saw the warning.

Maybe my attachments are not showing - I posted the message I'm receiving on the old trial version.
I'm not very savvy with todays electronics. When you say apps to me I think smart phones.
I see I have both the old trial version & the new sw I downloaded today both running. The attachment in post 1 shows the new version I believe.
I signed out of the old version & will see if the new version recognizes me now. Maybe I should have left it alone - if it ain't broke.....

Your second attachment (where you see the trial message) shows the menu on the top where you can see "Help" on the right side.
Please check.

That is the old trial version & the format I prefer. Give me a few to get the keys & enter them, see if anything changes.

I don't know how I managed to post as a guest. Myibidder & Myibidder/forums is going to give my password assistant a stroke. Can't keep them seperate.
It is now working sort of, let me explain. The second version posted BID1.JPG is the old free version loaded maybe 4 yrs ago. It has some controls not available in the newest version. The new version still shows only 448 days credit & has not updated. I also can't find the same choices for sign on at start up or quick sign in. The new version doesn't have a help button that I can see either.. Do appreciate all the time you've devoted to me.

Not sure why you call it new and old versions. One is the Windows app, another one is a Web interface which you use to open in your browser.
Both are current and valid. You purchased the key for the Windows app (this is the one which gave you a trial warning).
I'm not sure what do you mean by "day credit". The sniper does not have such thing as "day credit".
Do you mean the validity period of your eBay link? You can always extend it by linking it again. That's between you and eBay only, I have no control over it.

Does the web interface have keys available for purchase also or just the windows app? I refer to them as old & new because I have the windows app for 4 or 5 yrs. The newest download that you're calling a web interface I just installed. I've already attached a snipe of the notice showing 488 days left. So please explain what the difference is between the windows app & the web interface. Are they both not intended to work on my pc? Sorry I'm so dense in these matters, I'm not trying to give you a hard time. Thanks

Just the Windows app needs the key and the Windows app is where you saw that the trial is expired.
The Web interface does not require any downloads. There is nothing to install to use it.
There is no difference in how both work, just different way to access your data only.
You can use either one or both at the same time, whatever you feel comfortable.

A little confusing but it looks like I've got it working.
I have an auction ending tomorrow so that will be the test if it hasn't surpassed my max bid. It's holiday fever, people pay too much just to get something. Thanks
