Unfortunately I have no way to check without item number.
If you don't want to share, I could suspect that eBay did not respond on the bid attempt so the sniper does not have any information.
This is actually rare.

Yes, it's important. This is what you were asking about, right?
I see the "Unknown error" is the actual response from eBay. Sounds like there was a technical issue on their side.
But I see other snipes around the same time are fine, so it was probably recovered quickly on their side.
