It appears seller put a restriction to block bidders whose shipping address is not the one where this seller ships.

PS. Hmmm... what i should to do if half my lot have restriction and can be shipped only to UK and other same for Germany. I have 2 mail forwarding company for resolve this problem, but how i can use sniper in this way ?

You can have 2 eBay accounts for each address, or keep switching your primary address before each snipe.

Seller offered shipping in my country.

Why it happened? Snipes did activate. I wanted buy it for my futured wife. I am very dissapointed.

As I mentioned before if seller has a restriction set so you could not even bid manually, the sniper can't bid too.
This has nothing to do with the sniper, that's how eBay works.

If not sure, please place a minimum manual bid first. If your manual bid did not work, your snipe will not work too.

I lost next auction. My manual bid work by this seller. Do you have log file?

If you don't want to provide the item number, I can't really check it.
In this case I would guess that the seller put a restriction after you put the manual bid. This is rare, but happens too.

I can't see any bids on this listing because seller restricted it.
But I see that your bid was refused because of the shipping restrictions.

Do you have any listings where you tried to bid, but it did not work and the bids are not private?
