I had already linked Myibidder to my eBay account, and confirmed this with the 'Third-party Authorizations' account settings.

Snipes (via the Windows app) have stopped working, since the 25th, and I am getting the 'You don't have active items in Watching List' error. I have tried unlinking and relinking, and re-installing the app, but no change. The network test diagnostic completes OK..

My eBay ID is rg_wellington.

Please check. If you still see it's linked, it's possible it's linked to another sniper's account? I see you have another sniper's account with username rgadsdon.

I should only have _one_ Myibidder account, with user rgadsdon..

I checked using the mybidder.../ebay link, and got:
My eBay account

Ebay Username: rg_wellington
Status: Active
Expiration: 539 days
Link eBay account: Sign-in
Unlink eBay: Revoke

I would have thought is was not possible to get two accounts with the same user name??

If that is the case, can you please delete them both, and I will re-create a new one..

The usernames are not the same, one is rgadsdon and another one is rg_wellington.
If you use rgadsdon to login to the sniper, then this is the account you should use. I see it's properly linked as of now.
Is that the one you use to login and get your Watch list from the app?
If not sure, please provide a screenshot.

I could remove rg_wellington, but I see you have some items under this account. You will lose those too. Please confirm.

Yes, please go ahead and remove the 'rg_wellington' Myibidder user/account.. I have been using the rgadsdon account. I did just now 'link' this one using the web UI, and it showed all the watched items OK..

I think I have found the problem..
The Myibidder Windows app login asks for 'ebay user ID' and I had been using that - rg_wellington - before the recent changes.

It was that which must have created the (same) user ID on Myibidder? Now that the rg_wellington user/account on Myibidder has been removed, the app failed to login..

I changed the app login user/password to the Myibidder account ones (rgadsdon etc.), and it now works correctly!

Yes, these are just the labels. Please always use your sniper's username/password when you login to the sniper.
The labels will be updated in the next app release.
