Sometimes eBay may reset your account thinking that sniper is not authorized to use it.
Since you authorized the used of the sniper, you will need to change your eBay password and relogin to the sniper to sync it.

Sniping is fine on eBay. Any bid submitted during the time of the listing is fine.

Use the sniper bid? Will EBAY freeze account?

I use it for my own snipes, as well as many other users.
eBay does not freeze your account unless you breach their policy and regulations (like bidding on your own items, not paying, etc).
