Thanks for your website service helping me bid.
I'm a new user and currently I've got two items within my max snipe but I didn't win them.
The reasons are eBay requires verification code; our snipe was too low due to eBay's bid increment system. I'm very confused about that and I wonder how to avoid the similar circumstances?

There were other posts about the same thing. I also mentioned the issue seems to be resolved as the other snipes are working fine.

Use strong password for ebay. Use upper/lower case combination with special characters. That might fix this issue, I read it at other forums, weak passwords may be a reason. Give it a try and change your ebay password.
