After repeated attempts to log non using my correct username and password, I submitted 2 snipes on my user window. They apparently deleted when the first auction closed. How do I obtain a refund. It looks like this software will no longer function reliably. I hate to ask in a forum, but my contact query has yet to be answered by other than a acknowledgement of receipt.

Back to your actual question:
The sniper does not delete any snipes unless these are too old (at least 2-3 months old or so).
The sniper is for placing bids only, this is not for archiving purposes.
If you provide the item numbers, I can check exactly what happened.
