I KNOW I'm using my correct ebay user ID and password.

I've tried entering my ebay user ID and password into the Myibidder signin window 6 times (the one that pops up when I click the icon to snipe an ebay item), yet every time Myibidder comes back saying thatthey're wrong.

Just 2 days ago I used Myibidder to snipe and I won.

Please avoid sending the same question multiple times, it will not speed up the response.

As I responded in the previous ticket, please make sure that you can login to eBay and use the same login information when login to the sniper.
Sometimes, your account may add captcha or account confirmation. You'll have to wait for eBay to clear it up first.

First, the first message I sent was before I noticed that this forum could be registered into. So I registered and re-sent the same question. Man, what a terrible problem I created!

Second, do you really suppose that I did not FIRST check that I could log into ebay WITH the exact same user ID and password that I kept trying to use for Myibidder?

Of course I did.

And, of course, they worked.

There isn't a "captcha" or an "account confirmation" that comes up when I log in directly to ebay.

I'm just trying to help you. Your original message did not clarify on what you tried and what worked.
If you did not get a captcha, it does not mean the sniper did not get it too.
