Just fired up myibidder (unlimited) and got locked out of my Apple ID. After resetting w/ Apple and logging back in fresh. Opening myibidder asks to log into my Apple ID again. Why? With all the Apple ID phishing scams going around this is unsettling to say the least.

Myibidder does not ask for your Apple ID, it simply does not need it for anything.
Also, Myibidder does not do any sorts of phishing as you claim it does.

Your phone may be asking for it for whatever reason (confirm in-app purchase, login somewhere, etc).
It's not under sniper's control to block those, that's between you and your phone/Apple only.
