I recently changed my ebay user id and now my login/snipes fail. Password is still the same. I am using the website based and firefox version. Please let me know how to get this corrected. Thanks.

Please avoid sending the same question multiple times. It will not speed up the response.

As I mentioned in your original support ticket, you need to login using your current eBay login information. The same way as you use it to login to eBay.
The sniper has no way to know your updated information until you login.

Sorry about the duplicate message. I have tried both the old and new user name and password. The password is the same, only the user name has changed. Neither will work. It tells me I am using wrong id or password.

As I mentioned before, your old eBay user id will not work. Not sure why you keep trying it anyway.
You may be temporary blocked when you try too many times unsuccessfully.
If you want me to check, please include your eBay user id.

I only tried the old user id when the new 1 would not work. I would not have just used the old id knowing that I just changed it. That would not make sense at all. Both said wrong user id or password.

The only thing I could suggest is to login to eBay website first, then login to the sniper using the same exact login information.

Unfortunately, I have no way to check anything here, but you may have some restriction set by eBay due to the change. You may need to wait 24-48 hours for it to be removed or create a brand new eBay account for sniping.
