Title: Hello, I cannot use this program to snipe

I set sniping setting for all the items
(higher price + -5 time)
After auction finished, I could not find
my name in the bidding list.

Why?

Should I set the time longer?
or what is the problem?

There is no need to submit your question multiple times, it will not speed up the response.

Here is my original response to you just in case if you missed it:
I checked item 281516445601 and I see it ended at 1.02, but your snipe was 1.00 which is lower than the final price.
You can not win with lower bid on eBay. This has nothing to do with the sniper, that's how eBay works.
Please check.
