is it just me or the snipe placed is not showing? snipe will only show on my myibay logging box, but not on the E Bay item page. help?

You'll see your placed snipe when auction ended (assuming it was accepted by eBay).

thank you for the reply, that value used to be visible before, have you made this change, or is it something to do with Ebay? is it the same for everyone or do I need to change my browser settings?

I think I know what you mean. You mean the visibility of the snipe amount on the item's page.
If yes, it seems like eBay is rolling out some new changes which affected that. A few users are affected only, so it sounds like this is in testing stage on eBay's side now.
I'll have to wait until they will roll it out globally so I can make an update for that. The reason for waiting is because eBay may change it before going global or may cancel it at all.

It does not affect the actual sniping. This is for information purposes only. You can always check your snipe list by loging into http://www.myibidder.com/ or clicking "Snipe it" again.

they have introduced an automatic bid facility BUT that means you HAVE to bid on the item and therefore show your interest to other bidders.
PLEASE Urgently restore our Icon I cant survive without it

this is not helpful at all WE CANNOT SNIPE on ANY new items. UNLESS you have already placed a bid for it to then show on your personal ibidder page. This is a serious issue If its not resolved then I will have to delete mybidder.com and have use another snipe tool...URGENTLY

I Have CHROME by just FOLLOWING A HUNCH...Ive fixed the problem Go into your computers extensions and see if the ''enable or restore'' button needed restoring and you will find that the ibid icon is restored to the upper right along with the twitter facebook etc icons ---- SCORE ;]]]]

please come off your high horse and enough with the threats already; this is by far the best snipe tool I have used in over 10 years, and it is on a donation basis. I used to spend $100s to purchase the facility, and some apps do charge you a % of your purchased item, so consider your self lucky.
it appears as though the glitch was due to an eBay roll out, because mine seems to be back working perfectly (touch wood)

great product - but ebay has done some changes, icon is stil lmissing, didn't see any option to enable or restore in extensions - using Chrome Version 33.0.1750.117

The option is in the same place as it was before: Tools - Extensions.
You can manage your extensions there. I doubt Google would remove such ability.
Please check.
