I've used this program for several years now, but recently I've lost 4 bids for items that sold way below my snipe bid. Two I deleted thinking maybe I didn't check "enable" so I made sure the box was checked the next time I placed bids via the program. I've lost 2 more since! It's frustrating! Item numbers: 111174130270 and 111173441863
HELP!

The sniper works fine. If you check the status of your snipe, you will see the sniper worked but your bid was refused for the following reason:
"Seller not accepting your bid".
Seems like your seller has some restrictions which do not let your bid to be accepted.
In the future, when not sure, please place a minimum manual bid first. If your manual bid did not work, your snipe will not work too.
