Just to be sure you understand my problem. I have lost several bids due to Ebay not acknowledging my bid by the sniper. I have the current version and a valid license. Since your operation is relatively new in it's current form I need an explanation as to the benefits of paying more money toward the software for which I legally have and use. I used to win every time now I get blocked every time.

What gives??? I need an answer. I lost a bid for a tower tthat cost over a thousand dollars (I had 3,000.00 standby but wasn't given the chance to use it.) It's like I'm being blocked on purpose. What's up!!

I have been using this sniper for a couple of years and about three months ago I started losing and would get this error message: "Refused login (password problem?)"

"Password problem" means you have a password problem. Seems like you changed your eBay password, but you still using your old password to login to the sniper.
You should always login with your current eBay password to keep it in sync. It does not matter if you paid for the software or not, your password must be up-to-date in order for the sniper to place bids on your behalf.
