After deleting an item from my account, ~2mins before the auction finished, the bid was still put in (3 seconds before the item finished).

In the 'my bid' column it says 'no' instead of the bid ammount that was submitted!

You contacted support directly, so there is no need to ask the same question in the forums.

You disabled your snipe about 30 seconds before auction ended not 2 minutes. That's too late.
