Hi,
At the end of the 3-4 last auctions I'm getting an error message referring me to an error log file "myibay.exe.log".
Luckily, all bids were placed correctly, but this log file is bothering me (see attached log file).
Can you clear the issues referred to in the log file?

This error can be ignored as it does not affect sniping anyway.
I have a beta version which fixes this cosmetic issue available. Please contact support directly if you like to test it.

I couldn't find - on the FAQ page - the mail address of the support group so I've just sent a question asking for the beta version, hoping support will get the request.
BTW: why not publish the mail address on the FAQ page?

Since 2 years I have this message "error occur, check myebay.exe.log.
Is not possible to correct that?

The error message comes out on some rare Windows configurations.
I could not replicate it on different configurations.

However, there is a newer version of the Myibidder coming which will have a lot of things reworking (including error reporting) so it should handle it better.
