1. It did not say it will bit the lowest available amount. Please read the FAQ you mentioned.
Myibidder will work the way as I explained in the topic you mentioned in #2.
Please check it.

Could you please explain the answer from FAQ?
Below I've commented the answer as I understand it, please correct me.
If your snipe is higher (amount set = $30) that current bid ($10) then you will pay only one eBay bid increment more than the person before you.
That means if current maximum bid is $10.00 then you will pay $10.00 + $0.50 = $10.50 only. (How will I pay $10.50 if Myibidder bids $30?)
