I can't seem to get either the desktop or web based snipe to place a bid for me. It's giving the error that the password is rejected. I've logged on with my ebay password, i've updated it in my profile and it doesn't seem to take. Can I get some help...thanks

You have to login using exactly the same eBay user id and password you use to login to eBay now.
If you recently changed your eBay password, your old password can't be used anymore.

If you still think you use your current password, please include your eBay user id (no password please) so I could check.

You keep entering invalid password. That will not work. You have to enter exactly the same password you use to login to eBay.
If you are not sure or have it autofilled by your browser, please type it to login to eBay first. Once logged in, use the same one for the sniper.

got the same password everywhere. don't know where i would be entering in the wrong one. everything is letting me log in

Your forum account is not linked with your eBay account, so you could have different passwords because they are not related.
Your forum password does not need to match with your eBay password.
