hi, i can't seem to get snipes to work on my browser? i also have the id jooliohoolio and have ibidder on my ipad, galaxy s2 and my wife's iphone so am a paying customer.

i don't have any problem getting snipes to work when using the apple or android apps but can't get them to work on chrome? any reason?

last 2 items i tried it with were this evening i put snipes in for £10 for each of the following 2 items on the smasher17 id and as you can see neither executed and i've never got a snipe to execute yet on my browser, help would be appreciate.

If you check the "My Status" field of the first snipe, you will see the following reason:
"Snipe is set too late, may not be able to execute".
Please check the following FAQ section for more information:
http://www.myibidder.com/login/faq/4/#q5
This has nothing to do with being paying customer.

The second snipe was not even set at all, no snipe amount, no activation.
You have to set your maximum amount and activate your snipe in order for the snipe to work (the same way as you did with your first snipe, except being late).

thanks a lot for that, the second snipe was registered on my screen as being set, so don't know why that didn't register with you guys at all, but i didn't know i needed to register the snipe 3 minutes before the end of an auction, hopefully i'll be able to get this sorted now.

regards,

jules

There is no record of the snipe being set. Please make sure you save your changes after you entered your snipe.
