Hey i am completly new to this and when setting a snipe its asking about how many seconds. What should i set this at and is there more risk by setting it for 8sec or 3sec? Just an explination would be nice

If you don't want what to set, don't set. Leave it at default value. This is always the safest.
There are no significant advantages when setting it lower.
