Please check my log for item #130580420120. I've make first bid (starting, 600USD) online, then set the snipe in value 650USD, but auction was won with bid 620USD and sadly not me...

If you check the "My Status" field of the snipe you will see the following reason:
"Seller has restriction on shipping addresses"

It seems like the seller put this restriction after you placed a bid. That's very rare.

The full eBay response is:
