since the change of address (https://www.myibidder.com) I can no more login if I use Firefox as a browser.
It works with IE.

Could you fix it (I do not use IE)? Or tell me if whose settings to choose?

You have to login using your current eBay user id and password.
Your eBay user id and password do not depend on the browser you use.
If you believe you are entering your current login information, please include your eBay user id (no password please) with your message.

I'm aware it shouldn't depend on the browser, but with Firefox, each time I try to login (hamsterpaolobay) the page reloads and asks me again user id and psw....

In this case make sure you allow cookies for myibidder.com domain.
If cookies are not enabled, it will not be able to log you in.

I cannot get this program to work at all. I disabled my firewall, I lengthened my password and all the time when I open Myibay it comes up as offline and even after I sign in it will not go online. Not sure what else to do.

Are you sure you are referring to Firefox add-on? Please confirm.

It's okay, for some strange reason it just started working. I did nothing but leave the computer for ten minutes and when I came back and tried to log in it worked. I swear to god I made no changes to the comp. ????

I know its a bit old by now but i got the same problem now.

i can confirm this and there isnt the wrong id/pw hint like if i enter a wrong one

i can confirm this too. I had this once this week but i cant log in by now except i open the page with "ie tab v2" (FF addon) which uses the Internet Explorer source or something like that.

The FF addon mini Tab still works and let me log in but not the main page.

Please clean the browser's cache, restart the browser and try again.

its very strage...

since i loged in with the ie tab addon i have no problems to log in with FF at anymore.

Have cleaned the browsers cache before of course and it didnt work, but now (i didnt do anything except to log in with the addon) it works again.

I guess the problems solved for now.
