It was detected that you were using illegal registration key so your snipes were disabled.

i will not use the application. i will use the firefox plugin.
i will not use the application anymore. i do understand that there was a time where i used the application under an illegal key, but my application has been uninstalled now.
will this further impact my snipes?

I used the free online version.
Also had this problem a few months ago.

This morning I had a snipe set on item #400138110236 and it did not snipe the item, and the item remained unsold at the opening bid (it opened at 9.99 and i set the snipe for 11.99 maximum). This happened yesterday with the same problem of my snipe set higher than the bid and nothing happened. Is this a new problem with myibay sniping, makes me nervous to now rely on sniping for an item I want on ebay.

My former partner used to complain about the product not working. I thought she was just a whinger, but having just set my current partner up to use the program, she might have had a point.
I set a snipe on item # 180539488150. Do you know what went wrong? The bid never registered and the item was sold well under what what it was sniped for.
I like your product and I want to donate but it's not very useful when it doesn't do its job.
