I would like to be able to add multiple items to the group in one go from the imported watched items list instead of having to add them all one-by-one.

When you create a group, could we tick the items that should be grouped together (there is already a tick box in the first column, not sure what for, but it's there anyway), and then press a button "add these items to the group" and voila!

Also, would be nice to do the reverse: delete the items that are ticked from a group in a press of one button.

Currently, it's done in Windows application only. You can select a group and then do Import from Watching list to get your items into that group.
The same feature will be implemented in Web based interface too, but there is no ETA yet.

That's exactly what this tick for
You can tick the items and click "X" button (located on the top and bottom of each page). That will delete all ticked items.
