Hi, this is the first time I am using a snipe tool. I have won something and the seller made contact and send me the invoice but I can't pay since Ebay doesn't seem to have realized that I was the highest bidder.

I am so sorry if this is a stupid question but:
how do I pay now?

Welcome to our forums.

There are several ways to pay:

1. Login to eBay and open your item's listing. You should see "Pay Now" button on the top.

2. Login to eBay and go to "My eBay", then click "Won" on the left. You will see a list of items which you won. Each item will have a pull-down menu on the right side. You can click on the down arrow and select "Pay".

3. Login to PayPal and click "Pay for eBay items". Or check if you have Invoice there to pay.

P.S.: Do not click any links in the e-mail from the seller as it may be a phishing e-mails (e-mails which are trying to steal your personal information or passwords).
Instead type paypal.com or ebay.com directly into your browser's address bar.

The problem is that this item is not listed in My eBay.
It doesn't appear in my Won list at all.
It's as if someone else won it. I only know I was the one who did because I see it in myibay and the seller has send an email from her ebay account with the total amount I have to pay but now I don't know how to do it because there's no Pay button anywhere...

eBay has no idea I have won this item.
What do I do?

I am starting to be afraid I'll get negative feedback on this one 'cause time is ticking I am not paying for the item...

What's on the item's description page? Is it still there?
If eBay removed the item, you will not see it.

If you could provide the item number and your eBay user id, that will make things easier to check and let you know.

I did not find user "misspipa". Did you mean "mspipa"? If so, then this item is listed as "Won".
You have to login into My eBay and click "Won", you will see a list of items (one item) and you will see "Pay now" next to it.
