No Bids on Firefox / MacOS X Sat Dec 13, 2008 12:27 PM Quote

Hi, my bids are not accepted with Firefox on a Mac. The item ID is not submitted to the popup window that comes after clicking "Snipe". I can give a bid but the ID is lost and the new sniped items are not listed in my main list at myibay.com.
Since yesterday.

Hallo,
have the same problem on a Windows PC, but found a way what works a bit...

- Go to the myibay mainpage and log on.
- Go to tools at the myibay mainpage.
- import all your watched items, this works most time
- now most, not all, items are on the list
- delete items you don`t want to snipe, the ones you want have to be activatet and you have to fill your price.

That`s it

Hope I could have helped

Hi,

thank you for the tip, this will work for the moment.
But because yesterday the IDs where correctly submitted due the Snipe process I think there is a bug somewhere...

Relay #70, in Panel F. ?

myoldmac.net,
Please let me know your item number so I can check what happened.
Sometimes eBay makes changes to their pages and listing so I have to make an appropriate updates. Sometimes it's something more simple.
But I need to know your item number to give you right answer.

If for any reason you don't want to share it here, you can send it directly to support using this Contact form.

myoldmac.net,
Yes, I made an update due to recent changes on eBay.
I'm glad it works now for you.
Thanks a lot for your report and good luck sniping!
