I hasn't placed any bids for me for the last few days. It was working with a 6 second bid. I tried changing it to 20 seconds and it still doesn't bid. The last auction I tried ended at 15.55 and my bid was 21.51.

If you check your snipe status, you will see that your eBay password is too weak. I see that you got it refused for a few auctions in the row.
That means that you have to update your password to a stronger one.

Your password can not have any parts of your eBay user id.
Your password can not have any dictionary word.
Your password must have at least 1-2 digits and be at least 8 characters long.

Once you updated your password, you have to login into your account here again to accept your changes.

Yes, it's been introduced recently by eBay.
They are trying to force users to use stronger password due to high level of hacking account issues with bad passwords.

Well, I changed my password. It still didn't work. I bid 46.51 on this auction http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=250316494667 and it didn't bid. I logged into myibay with the new password and everything.

I also bid 46.51 on this auction http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=120326585956 and it didn't bid on this one either.
What am I doing wrong?
I click on the myibay bid link in the links toolbar. I sign in using my username and the new password. Fill in the bid amount and close the window. This is how I have always done it and it has always worked until now. Is there something else I need to do?

eBay refused your login again when snipe was executed.
I think that this is because you still have a part of your eBay user id in your password.
