since a few days I have a new problem. There is no more button Contact. I cannot see any more my groups and its items.
What has to be done to see this again?

I assume that you are talking about Web-based interface.

The button "Contact" is located either on the bottom of each page (just next to the "Forums" link).
If you are logged in, then it's located in the top section.
The "Groups" button is located in the same section as well.

If you still don't see it, you may need to clear cache of your browser as something did not get loaded on your side.

I suppose my question wasn t clear . My add-on is Version 1.0.9 for Mozilla Firefox. I work with Windows XP.
My problem is: After clicking the snipe-Button I get a blue window with details of the current ebay-auction. After sending my offer by clicking the button Schedule a message says: Your auction has been added. And only a button Close appears. I don t see a way to view my groups and its items.

I must correct myself:

Before bidding I can see the groups. But I cannot see the items of them.

That add-on pop-up window is for adding a snipe only, not for managing your items, groups, working with tools etc.
That's why it's just an "add-on" for the whole service to simplify adding items.
